Account and Profile Information
When you sign up, create a profile, set your email preferences, or pay for your subscription, Gudu software collects your email address. We use this information to correctly identify you, communicate with you, and provide you with customer support. We also use this contact information for accounting and administrative purposes, for transactional emails, including app and billing notifications, and to notify you about new features, releases, blog posts, and discounts.
As you work on your data lineage analysis, Gudu software stores, and maintains read-only access to the content you create, send, receive, and share. This includes any database metadata and SQL Script you upload or import to SQLFlow. We use this information to troubleshoot and/or diagnose any issues that may arise as you work on your analysis.
If you log into SQLFlow with a social networking credential, such as with your Facebook or Google account, we will ask permission to access basic information from that account, such as your name and email address. You can stop sharing that information with us at any time by removing SQLFlow’s access to that account.
Device Information and Log Data
We collect information about the type of device you use to access Gudu software, as well as your device settings, operating system, browser information, connection type, IP address, and the URLs of referring pages. Additionally, we log the date and time you access our services and any error or crash data.
We use device and location information to optimize your Gudu software display and performance, provide accurate billing information, understand user demographics, and improve overall user experience. Your log data helps us troubleshoot errors, analyze performance, resolve reliability issues, perform security audits, and investigate potential service fraud or abuse.
Customers that purchase a paid Gudu software subscription provide us, or our payment processors, with billing details such as credit or debit card information, banking information, and billing addresses. When you purchase a subscription through one of our payment processors, we only receive billing address information about your card. Gudu software does not receive any information related to your card number, expiration date, and card security code. We use your payment information to fulfill, track, and manage your subscription.
When you reach out to Gudu software, you may contact our team through the service of a third-party support platform. The information you provide to our team, including any troubleshooting documentation or screenshots, are saved as part of your support history. We use this information to resolve any issues you are having, relay feedback to our team, respond to your comments and requests, and confirm your purchases and refunds. We also use this data to provide you with security alerts and technical notices.
Integrations and Linked Services
Gudu software offers integrations with several third-party services. For instance, you can sign up and log into Gudu software by using Google, Facebook, and other third-party authentication providers. Whenever you or your account owner links to one of these third-party services, Gudu software is authorized to connect and transfer the information specified by our agreement with that linked service. We use this information to authenticate, connect, or link your third-party accounts to Gudu software. However, we do not receive or store passwords for any of these third-party services. To understand what data may be shared with Gudu software when you enable these integrations, please check the settings, permissions, and privacy policies of these third-party services.

We Do Not Sell Your Information
Gudu software users create and share sensitive and proprietary data on our platform. We will never sell information about you, your profile, SQL Scripts, data, and metadata, to advertising companies or other third parties.
Legal Compliance and Fraud Prevention
In exceptional circumstances, we may disclose information about you to a third party if we receive a request and believe that the disclosure is following or required by any applicable law, rule or regulation, legal process, or enforceable governmental request. We may also do so to enforce our Terms of Service, investigate potential violations, prevent and detect fraud, track and solve security or technical issues, and protect against any harm to the rights, property, or safety of Gudu software, its users, or the public as required or permitted by law.

Gudu software contracts with third-party service providers. These services may require access to your information to help us operate, market, and support our services. For example, Gudu software uses third-party services to provide hosting, maintenance, backup, virtual computing, storage, payment processing, customer support, data analytics, advertising, marketing, and other services. Our contract with these services provides for the maintenance, confidentiality, security, and integrity of the information we share with them.
Gudu software takes data security very seriously and implements the industry’s best practices and policies. We take all reasonable measures to protect your information and prevent unauthorized access, misuse, loss, or disclosure. While no system is infallible, we strive to keep our systems secure and constantly updated.
Gudu software stores your information for as long as your account is active, and for a reasonable period thereafter, in case you decide to use our services again. Gudu software may also retain certain information for as long as necessary to support business operations or as required by law.
We post customer testimonials on this Site that may include their name, logo, graphic, sound, or image from time to time. We obtain customer consent before posting their testimonials on this site. We are not responsible for the personal information a user elects to disclose in their testimonial.

Opt-Out of Promotional Communications

You have the right to be deleted, which means that, at any time, you can request that Gudu software permanently delete all applicable data records, including your profile information, both personal and financial, along with any user-created content. In some cases, we may need to retain partial information to fulfill our legal responsibilities.
